Shipping
Standard shipping in Italy is free. Delivery is generally expected in 7–12 business days. During busy periods or due to courier-related issues, delays may occur.

Tracking
When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link. If you don't find it, please check your spam folder as well.

Returns
Before returning an item, please contact us at contact@veltenemilano.com stating your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with instructions and the correct return address. Do not send the package without first receiving our instructions.

Please write to us attaching clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will verify the request and advise you on the available solution.
